Our services

Support starts with understanding what matters to you. With experience as a hoarding specialist and a Social Service Worker diploma, Tara offers practical help with sorting, organizing and manageable next steps. In-home services are available in Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo, alongside separate virtual support services.

In-home hoarding support

Patient, judgment-free help when belongings make daily life difficult. We agree on priorities together and work toward manageable goals. Nothing is removed without your permission.

Decluttering & organizing

Hands-on support with sorting, deciding what to keep and organizing the spaces you use every day. We can discuss donation and disposal arrangements before any items leave your home.

A plan that fits your needs

Start with a free 15-minute introductory call. We will discuss your goals, the next steps and whether an in-home assessment is appropriate. You receive an agreed scope and quote before work begins.

Virtual support

Virtual support offers a flexible and accessible way to receive compassionate emotional support from the comfort of your own space.

Separate virtual sessions offer supportive, non-clinical counselling and psychoeducation around medical experiences, life stressors and transitions. Contact Rooted Care to discuss the type of support you are looking for.
